Foundation Plaster Connection

Utah Foundation Plastering

Foundation Replastering & Repair

Serving homeowners from Salt Lake City to Logan along the Wasatch Front and Cache Valley.

A contractor experience you haven't had before — no shortcuts, no scare tactics. We come out, look at what's actually going on, and tell you straight. Then we fix it so it lasts.

I didn't realize how much I needed that. I just got used to a damaged foundation. When I came home, it looked like a new house.

Who You're Actually Hiring

Meet Parker & Shane

We show up to every estimate ourselves — not a salesperson, not a stranger. You'll know who's working on your home before we ever start.

Why Homeowners Call Us

An honest contractor, not a sales pitch

Every job starts with Parker showing up in person — not a call center.

We show up, in person, every time

No stranger showing up to do the estimate and someone else doing the work. You meet the person who's actually going to be on your foundation.

Proper prep, every job

Old plaster comes off, cracks get taped, and the surface gets prepped right — so what goes back on actually lasts years, not months.

We stop water before it becomes a problem

Most foundation damage starts with water. We deal with the cause, not just the crack you can see.

Real relationship, not a transaction

We take photos, explain what we're seeing, and treat your home like it's ours. That's why our customers call us back.

Why Now

You've probably stopped seeing it

Most homeowners don't even know this is a fixable problem — or who to call.

Cracked, stained, or crumbling foundation plaster is easy to stop noticing. You walk past it every day until it just becomes part of the house. Most people don't know what it's called, don't know who handles it, and don't know who to trust — so it just sits there.

Meanwhile, water is working behind the scenes. It gets into cracks, breaks the plaster down, and over time can leave you with a soft, weakened foundation — the kind of damage that only gets more expensive the longer it waits. We clean it, repair it, and stop water from causing more damage.

When homeowners finally get it looked at, the most common thing we hear is relief — the house looks like itself again, and they know the foundation holding their home, and their family, is actually protected.

Common Questions

Questions homeowners ask us

What areas does Foundation Plaster Connection serve?+

We work throughout the Wasatch Front and Cache Valley — from Salt Lake City up through Davis and Weber counties to Logan and Brigham City. See the full list of cities below, and call us if yours isn't listed.

How much does foundation plastering cost in Utah?+

Most full replaster projects run $2,000–$5,000, and minor patch repairs start around $500. Every home is different, so we give exact pricing after a free in-person estimate.

Are you licensed and insured?+

Yes — we're properly licensed and insured, and we've worked with dozens of home builders and homeowners across the valley.

How fast can you come look at my project?+

We respond to calls and texts right away and get an in-person estimate scheduled as fast as we can. Job start times depend on our current schedule — we'll give you a straight answer when we see the job.

What's the difference between foundation plaster and parging?+

Not much — "parging" and "foundation plastering" refer to the same basic process: applying a protective, cosmetic coating over the exposed concrete foundation. We use both terms because that's what different people search for.

Do you offer a warranty on your work?+

Yes — every job comes with a 2-year craftsmanship warranty.
