It depends on the size of the porch and how much repair the concrete needs underneath. We'll give you an exact number after a free in-person estimate.
How long does a resurfaced porch last?+
Done with proper prep and repair underneath, a resurfaced porch holds up for years of regular foot traffic and Utah weather.
Can this be done in winter?+
Cold, wet weather affects cure time, so most of this work is scheduled in warmer, drier months. We'll give you a straight answer on timing when we see your project.
Do you fix cracks before resurfacing?+
Yes — resurfacing over cracks without repairing them first just means the same cracks show back up. We always repair before we finish.
Do you also resurface the steps leading up to my porch?+
Yes — a porch and its steps are usually one continuous job, and we treat them that way. If your steps are separate from a porch (a standalone front walkway, for example), check out our Concrete Stair Refacing page instead.
